TRICOUNI ENTERPRISES ACQUIRES MINNEAPOLIS-BASED IT SERVICES

St. Cloud, MN, August 20, 2009 – Tricouni Enterprises, LLC, an investment firm with a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial companies, has announced the acquisition of Ineo Technology, a Minneapolis, MN-based firm that provides IT services to small- and medium-sized businesses.
For over eight years, Ineo has been delivering a comprehensive suite of IT services including network design, maintenance, security, desktop computer optimization, data backup, disaster recovery, and general IT support. The company’s model is based on flat monthly fees and avoids the high costs of many ad-hoc and break-fix model IT service vendors.
Through the acquisition, Tricouni will utilize its extensive financial and management expertise to grow the company while maintaining its local Minnesota roots and culture. “We are very excited to bring Ineo into the Tricouni family,” noted Mike Roth, President of Tricouni. “Ineo’s proven IT expertise and superior client service make it an asset to a wide range of businesses. Under the umbrella of Tricouni, Ineo will be led by Steve Brecht, who has an M.B.A. in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University and 15 years of experience in management and information technology.
