Mike Roth, President
 Mike has a diverse background with 25 years of business experience. Before joining Tricouni Enterprises, LLC, Mike worked at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (formerly Bankers Systems, Inc.) and McGladrey & Pullen, LLP Certified Public Accountants.
During his career, Mike held management roles in Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Support and Business Unit Management.
Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Assumption Nursing Home in Cold Spring, MN. Mike holds Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Saint John's University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Minnesota Society of CPA’s.
Mike Heinen, Director
 Mike has 35 years of experience in growing privately held business. Prior to joining Tricouni Enterprises, LLC, Mike spent the last six years as the President of a family owned business with revenues in excess of $100 million.
Before he became President in 1999, he held senior leadership roles in Information Technology, Finance, and Operations and was personally involved in over 50 acquisitions.
Mike currently serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Central MN and has been a Campaign Chair that led the way to raising nearly $4 million.
Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Cloud State University.
